Hi everyone, I'm using StreamFab version 7.0.1.3 and have recently run into an issue with Disney+ that affects multiple series. Problem Description: When analyzing a series, the process starts and finishes unusually fast, but no files are found. The download then fails completely — nothing gets added to the queue. Affected Content: This is not limited to a single title. I tested several series and they all show the same behavior. As a specific example: Series: Castle URL: https://www.disneyplus.com/de-de/browse/entity-30fb4e12-5a72-4fe6-85ff-ddb5e88d1a65 Status: Season 1 and part of Season 2 were downloaded successfully before. From a certain point onward, the download now fails. Might be location? Might be certain episodes? Might help to delete StreamFab.log and recreate the issue and then attach the log here. I'm in the US and saw no issue.

In the selection window, after analyzing the results, I'm always told that the desired resolution isn't available and no language options are displayed (the field remains empty and no selection is possible). If I ignore this and try to download anyway, SF aborts the download. Has Disney changed something again?

There was just a post above ... I checked several movies and shows, and they worked. I am in the US. So location is the first thing, plus if using a VPN, I use no VPN while using SF. So others would need the locations tried. Maybe a movie name or two or a show and a screenshot might help, also. A newly created streamfab.log also may help; attach it to a post here in the community.

From Europe all works fine here ... all resolution and subtitles download fine.

The issue affects Disney+ Germany (DE region) specifically. Additionally, I've tested movies as well — same result. So it seems to affect the entire Disney+ catalog, not just specific series. I've also tried the following without any success: - Clearing cache and cookies - relogin - Full reinstallation of StreamFab - Changing download preferences [upl-file uuid=0c26b110-ae2d-4a91-b6c5-65b7a1ce7fb1 size=54kB]streamfablog-part.txt[/upl-file]

I’ve often wrong detected countries at D+ or NF (with multiple vpn providers) ..
.. therefore, they will not use the page shown.

It’s nonsense that residential IPs are blocked in/from Germany
and some data center isn’t .. absolutely pointless to discuss

Here in NL also the same problem since a couple of days - No Video, No Audiotrack and NO Subtitles.

NO VPN (never use it), only local IP

In Germany, it’s being reported that Disney has now also removed HDR10. The picture quality is said to be very poor, with everything looking heavily pixelated.

Disney+ removed HDR during December … and you were able to download 4K and HDR with SF. I think they changed something else, because even without 4K and HDR you should be able to get language and subtitle information.

This is not an error on SF’s part, so it is unlikely
that SF will be able to circumvent D+'s restrictions.

This means that access is currently only possible from outside Germany,
requiring a VPN (public proxies are usually blocked).

I can confirm Pino’s observation. Downloads with local German IP don’t work, while with a VPN connection with a German based server everything‘s working fine.

Even with servers outside Germany, errors occur repeatedly, and after reconnecting, SF must analyze again.

It appears to me that large download volumes are being blocked (IPs).

I used my german D+ account over a year in different countries with VPN
and there was never an error if VPN server is not blocked before login.

btw: “Write or call Disney+” is difficult because playback in Browser works ..

It must be something that makes SF recognizable, because as you say, everything can be played back without any problems, even in SF itself, it’s just the analysis and download that fails.

Yes, it’s working again without VPN with 7.0.1.4.
The changelogs also explicitly state that there was a problem with Disney+… so it was an SF issue after all.
