Another that seems more location, location, location. Report locations so SF can narrow down the issue.
SF wanted this as a separate post from the 7013 post to see if anything done in 7014 helped, did nothing, or made things worse.
Keep the logs and locations coming as well as whether a VPN is used or not; they will be reviewed by SF, most likely now after the weekend.
Maybe even switch up and try without a VPN if using one and with a VPN if not using a VPN.
