Paramount+ still does not work with latest 7.0.1.5 ff.

I just updated to version 7.0.1.5, but the old problem still exists showing the same message as before after analyzing (see the previous threads)-. Logging out and logging in did not work, deleting the Temp directory did not work. Deleting the cache did not work either. Moreover Paramount seems to mostly blocks access with VPN, so using another region does not help.

Please help again. the last version still working is 7.0.0.9. I am located in Austria, my Abo is premium.

Edit: Only using a VPN Sever in Frankfurt sometimes work.

OK, unfortunately I cannot interpret the log, as I don’t understand it, therefore I did not know that it is identical with the previous one. But I learned, sometimes it is helpful to attach the logs to better deal with the issue.

I use cyber Ghost. I tried many servers worldwide, but to no avail,. P+ doesn’t connect with VPN, at least not from my location. I have no idea why.
I can watch in the SF browser or my Firefox, but I can’t download a single movie with SF. The audio is not the problem, but this error message.

in the meantime I help mself with version 7.0.0.9. which works just fine, but the question is, how long this downloader will work.

I really don’t know much about CyberGhost, and the community does have this post in the link below that mentions CyberGhost.
TorGuard, NordVPN, Surfshark, and even ExpressVPN (although ExpressVPN is usually very high-priced) are better known for streaming.

Despite my premium account the last working version with P+ in Austria is 7.0.0.9. Even 7.0.1.6 did not solve the issue

I just switched from CyberGhost to NordVPN and a connection via Frankfurt/Germany works just fine., that seems to be the better alternative.

The basic problem however remains. Maybe the only explanation for this could possibly be, that P+ in Austria does not allow HD Downloads despite my premuim account? If this really is the case, perhaps it would be helpful to have an option to preselect the resolution in the preferences for P+ in the same way, as it is offered for some other VIP Services, or to offer a method to preselect the downloader used in 7.0.0.9 in order to avoid an error message after analyzing the video.

If P+ url access in Austria is blocked, then it’s the best to test in DE.
When P+ was limited to 540p in the USA, in other countries dl works with 1080p.

But the main purpose (here in the forum) is of course
access to titles/providers that are not offered in one’s own country.

I face the same problem as I live in Austria as well. I fixed the issue by installing 7.0.0.9 in parallel only for P+, for this I renamed the StreamFab directory in “C:\Program Files\DVDFab\StreamFab” (Programme) into Streamfab7009 and then installed 1.0.1.7. so I can use both versions. Not extremely comfortable, but it works.
Moreover i now use NordVPN with a server in Germany, as P+ works fine with 7.0.1.7 in Germany. Previously I used CyberGhost, which worked with P+ only occasionally. So I strongly recommend NordVPN.
Unfortunately it only seems to be an Austrian related problem, that ater 7.0.0.9 P+ would not work anymore, therefore I am not overly optimistic, that there will be a fix soon.,
I dont know, what the heck P+ does differently in Austria, perhaps P+ is not available with 1080p notwithstanding my premium account, I’ve got no idea.. But at least these two workarounds help a lot.

Daniel Sladek @Germania I’m getting the same issue with “The Madison”. US account, VPN turned off. Can’t use any method to get that show to start.

Everything else works well, that I’ve tried. I know this is a brand new show, so perhaps that plays into it, but “Marshals” and “CIA” are also brand new and they work.

Perhaps you’re in Austria - there are all affected.

I can confirm the problem for P+ US - I can’t analyze all three epis ..
.. analyzing works for me only with SF <7012 ..

.. and then you have the 540p limit in US

Like before you need an account outside Northamerica to get 720p/1080p
