timf98 The log file is too large to upload.
The recommendation for sharing your log file is to
- exit SF
- delete the log file
- restart SF (this way your settings are in the log)
- recreate the problem
- make a copy of the log file to upload
- open the copy and remove your email address
- SF should redact PII from the logs now that anyone on the forum can view them.
- attach the file
For me, anyway, there is a good chance that trying the problem again after a restart clears up the issue. If it doesn’t, then the log file is much easier for the folks on this forum to review and provide assistance.
