I don’t use a VPN
I can play all content in any other browser with no issues. Just not in the StreamFab app itself.
I already reinstalled StreamFab
I cleared the cache as well as history
I restarted the computer
This is just one error I get. Even if I don’t get an error and the content plays, it still never prompts me to download.

When you say try other browsers, maybe this is my misunderstanding. I’m not trying to download from Chrome or something like that. I’m trying to download while browsing from within the StreamFab app itself. Is there a way to do this direct from the browser of my choice instead of using the StreamFab app’s built in browser?

No it was a general statement what a 3005 is on Paramount.
To fix this, as Germania says:
If you still need a solution, use SF <7012

Germania It really doesn’t matter what title, I can’t download anything. If it helps though, the show is Air Disasters. The particular episode I was trying to download was Season 23 Episode 1.

I don’t know why you wrote “I don’t use a VPN” for three times ..
.. but I know that it’s irrelevant if it’s play in other win browsers.
SF >7011 use Android Cookie and Endpoint to get >540p for all accounts ..
.. that’s the reason why it’s different with SF <7012.

Of course I get the same error 3005 if I try to play with SF 7020 ..
.. but SF analyze/dl fine for me (only in US offered - so I need vpn)

If this don’t work for you (I can’t guess why) - use SF <7012 ..
.. so I can play in SF - but only AAC Audio is offered

if had this problem also in the version before 7.0.2.0, the option to fix this was to remove cache and temp files and the other option to delete everything and turn on VPN (in my case NordVPN) and that helped to scan and download shows and movies, with the negative option that new episode and movies have the problem with sound is after that break (even with premium account) is reset and have a sound and picture problem that is now right now, older things gone good.
that is my test and working way for older stuff, it’s like since a 2 weeks Paramount have change anything with add breaks so SF not working good on new things annymore.

USA version 7.0.2.0 paramount+ Star Trek Academy S01 E01. to be specific but I cannot download any files from Paramount+. All other downloaders work fine. No files will initiate the analyze sequence.

Were you ever able to get this figured out for yourself? I’m having the same exact issue as you. I can watch content perfectly fine. It just never pops up and gives me the option to analyze anything. I tried using a VPN which did actually allow me to play Paramount+ content inside StreamFab which I couldn’t do before but no matter what I try, I still can’t get it to analyze anything from Paramount+.

I saw some suggestions from Germania to delete my cache in the AppData but that didn’t help. I deleted that and re-logged in and it didn’t work. It still won’t analyze anything.

Out of curiosity, are you using a direct login to Paramount+ or do you log in with your cable provider login? I use my cable provider login and I’m wondering if this has any impact on it since I don’t have a direct login to Paramount+.

Paramount+ is working (with old minor issues) for me in the US. When I start it it won’t load so I need to close the tap and stat it again (this always happens). Just downloaded the latest NCIS Sydney (audio is still 2.0 only.) Tracker is good at both 4k and 5.1.

Trying to download NCIS😮rigins and season 1 downloads great at 4k/HDR10+/EAC3 5.1 but season 2 only downloads as 1080p/aac 2.0.

Yes. It lists all of the options but it doesn’t matter which ones above 1080p I select. I also updated to v7.0.2.1 and same thing.

The dialog will only show you the offer for s01e01.

If the mpd file found by SF (see above) does not contain H.265 ..
.. SF cannot download it either.

Germania If I download any episode from season 1 I can download it at 4k with EACS 5.1. If I try any in season 2 I will only get 1080p and AAC 2.0 not matter which option I select. If I watch a season 2 episode on my TV they are all in 4k/5.1.

I have nothing new to add to my post ..
.. SF can’t find H.265 and therefore there’s no 4K with SF for s02 possible.

I can’t change SF - so I can only confirm that’s the same for me

I figured out my issue. It is due to the fact that I was logging in using my Cable Provider. You cannot login this way or it will not work.

You can have an account that is attached to your cable provider login. That’s fine. You just can’t login that way. You have to login to the Paramount+ website using your email and password login itself.

I don’t think you can use your cable provider. I have an account with Paramount and it works fine. But I could be wrong.
