I can only say that it’s the same for me
(tested in US - only there allowed) in log I see only

This video is drm protected - using yt-dlp
yt-dlp --allow-u -F https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5YrCjn9NdCs
shows that it is available up to 1920×1036 in avc/vp9

So I tried several YouTube videos in the free movies with ads, and no matter what, if I just try to copy-paste the link or go to YT movies via SF or whatever, it just goes into endless analyzing.

Standard YT videos are working as of yet only Free with ads, and most likely rent or buy videos are affected.
I am not going back to previous versions of SF to see if they work, as YT standard videos were broken in previous versions of SF.

So this is now another thing that is a problem that needs to be fixed.

Tried several movies and even another PC and still no luck just get the analyzing video even after letting it work for several hrs and even overnight

Youtube movies have been confirmed not working.
Not sure if @0xFeedBeef has added it to the ever growing trouble report.

I can only test the ones with ads but suspect the rent ot buy also have issue.

YouTube Movies is one provider so usually only requires one YouTube Movies topic when it’s not working.
YouTube what I call standard videos or user uploads should work but is treated the same, we only need one YouTube topic for them.

Yeah 7019, I got tired of going back versions ti try and some earlier SF versions could not handle standard YT videos as YT keeps changing.

Thanks for adding to trouble report seems it’s getting long.
All updated and in the OPEN Problem Reports catalogue …

I tried version 7.0.2.0, which wasn’t mentioned in the release notes as being compatible, but the analysis didn’t finish even after 1.5 hours. That’s disappointing.

same for me today, trying to get Werner Herzog’s “how Much Wood Would a Woodchuck Chuck”, USA only, Free with ads.
Just keeps analyzing, whether I am logged into my youtube account or not.

I have YouTube Downloader. I installed a trial version of YouTube movies Downloader and I don’t see any difference. Why is that?

When pasting a link normally, a “failed” message is displayed, and it doesn’t seem to remain in the parsing state.
