What does your error log say? Version? Platform? Country?

I have sent in 4 lots of logs, they have closed my ticket 4 times and I have to keep reopening it. The trial version i had worked perfectly and when I shelled out hundreds for this product I got a duff update that has not worked for 6 or 7 versions now… please fix this!

I keep getting told they are fixing it.

I live in an apartment building and it may not be a far comparison but the building had a hug pip break, they fixed that faster then SF is fixing YT movies.

Ok, after further review and testing ONLY SOME movies with ads will work while other movies with ads still go into endless analyzing.
