Lancer955 Further update. I rolled back to 7.0.1.9 that was working 2-3 days ago. It now is not working either. My guess is something on Fandango’s end changed, at least for purchased movies. Will probably have to wait for devs to release a fix.

Lancer955 definitely Fandango has made changes because the same movie with movies Anywhere successfully downloads from Amazon.

For about 2 days every time I try to download from fandango it gives a could not find encryption error. Note I was downloading from my own library not the other content.

Is anyone else having this issue?

The Streamfab application does report it is being worked on by the team, please review the changelog on upcoming versions for the fix.

Hello DVDFab support,

For some reason, Norton blocks my access to the support ticket so I will post my issue here for assistance.

I just noticed the last few days that I am no longer able to download on Fandango at Home (USA).

All the failed download has this error: Failed to obtain the decryption key, please contact us for assistance.

Please advise if the next version of Streamfab will fix this.

Streamfab reports an error message now attempting downloads from Fandango.

Users will need to wait for the fix.

Same issue failed prior to 7.0.1.9 update also fails on 7.0.2.0. Waiting for update on SF.

Closing this thread as “me too” messages after the problem is listed in open problem reports, and SF itself displaying a warning are not adding to the conversation.

Will re-open it once a new release expressly states that the problem is addressed.

I’ve tried several videos from Fandango at Home, all ones I own and I keep getting this error. I was able to download a few last week with no issue. What do I need to do to fix this error?

All seem fine. The only cosmetic nag is when SF was downloading FHD+EC-3 film, the download progress indicator showed FHD DoVi+AAC, but that was a purely cosmetic glitch

Wilson.Wang I was able to successfully download a FHD TV season, an SD TV season and a 4K UHD movie (all purchased content). So far I haven’t run into any issues with the new test version . Looks good!
