When is daily likit of 100 not 100

I was downloading the series 24 from Disney plus and this has over 200 episodes. I reached my daily limit of 100 episodes after a few hours but then when I came back a few minutes after midnight stream fab continued to tell me I’d reached the maximum limit even though it said I had 100 downloads available. Why can’t they ever get anything to work properly all the time? If the limitation is 100 the the least they could do is ensure that when the new day starts the daily limit also returns. I even restarted the program to see if it would change but no

It’s not your time zone, it’s reset at UTC 00:00..

This makes it reset universally but inconvenient, depending on users time zone.

Only just found out that now its not possible to buy from Prime Video anywhere except the country where you’re account is based.
I’m in the UK but often buy content to create Blurays for things not available in HD outside the US . I delete all my debit cards, default to my US forwarding address and pay using gift card. Not anymore.

Now , if your account was setup on a non US Amazon site you cannot buy video from the US site at all. I’m guessing you can still watch US exclusive content thats free on Prime if you have a VPN

Edit : The C5 download finally worked but only at 480p , so a waste of time.

No idea what UTC is but last year when downloading a huge series from Netflix the daily limit renewed at midnight UK time
