Won't Rip dvd after last update

I have been using DVD Fab to put all my dvds onto a hard drive, but after the latest update it keeps ejecting my dvd.

I have tried:

3 different clean dvds
2 different external drives
2 different laptops

a box appears on the screen saying insert disc after it has ejected it.

Can you give me some advice how to fix this problem

Happening to me, as well, since the update. It consistently ejects blank discs, no matter the brand or type (BR-R or BD-R DDL). Before I write my trusted Pioneer external off as dead, I thought I’d post here to see if others are experiencing this glitch.

Please remove the current version and then install a previous version to try again:
Version 13050
Version 13049
