Download doesn’t work on HBO Max

I am currently unable to download from HBO Max using either version 7.0.2.0 or 7.0.2.1. The download selection isn’t triggered, and the orange download button in the right corner doesn’t appear.
It was working fine 4 hours ago (on 7.0.2.0).
I have tested both versions.
There are other reports of this issue on reddit as well, so it seems to be a bigger problem.

Just tried the usual trick of clearing cache/temp, fresh install of x.021 as admin; log out, log back in. No dice.

Same here. I haven’t used it for a couple of updates. I’m running 7.0.2.1 on two machines and they both won’t initiate the option to download. They just play the video like a normal browser.

I’ve used both 7019,7020 and 7021, with manual analysis enabled, but the analyze button stays grey when I am playing a video… It’s clearly a server-side error (a ‘fix’ from HBO)

Don’t know what’s going on.

Full logs will be needed by SF feedback if it really is affecting this many people.
A screenshot or two of the missing analyze option or other errors or issues.

ONE of the few issues with SF is if no analyze is available or even times it goes into endless analyzing, nothing shows in logs.

Timing is probably entirely coincidental, but I did just do the big “176 security patches” updates this week for Windows 11. Took my PC 4x longer to boot up after, retesting memory, etc.

Will “leave it alone” until tomorrow in case some oddball thing related to cookies or something in the browser.

I believe something is going on.
Maybe location or other variables.

WITH NO LOGS AND NO SCREEN SHOTS AND NO LOCATIONS,, for those who have HBO working, nothing else can be accomplished. If no analyze is even available, from my past dealings, logs rarely say anything, but should still be included.
