it could be the CDN or some cookies that timeout… closing the D+ downloader and re-opening it seems to have made the failed downloads download fine, just takes a hell of a lot of time, an once one fails the rest seem to fail without even trying, so I had to resort to downloading a handful at a time from the queue manually… two days in, a series with 60 episodes is downloaded… intermittent- yes; transient- let’s hope so!

@Wilson.Wang it could actually be an API or a manifest format change: the manifests are getting retrieved fine, but fragments are failing (and there was just a recent update of the D+ app). Could you get the devs to have a look?

simchris Yes, I tried changing my DNS. First to Google, and then a few minutes ago to Cloudfare but neither helped.

Stan001 Thank you for the post. I had already followed these steps, and nothing seems to work, including changing my DNS. I’m hearing from some people on Reddit that D+ recently updated their app, so the problem I’m experiencing may be in relation to that.

Oh, thank you for adjusting the tags. Still new at this forum and I couldn’t figure out how to do that.

Nothing will change unless SF can find a solution.
It’s been noted that there were changes at Disney+, and SF may not fully interpret them properly.

You can still try clearing things in SF, but from what most past posts suggest, this is not fixing the issue.
We have to require that before it gets escalated to having the dev check things.

Continued users posting whether it’s not working for them is pointless now that it’s known the DEV is checking it.

I have an error when downloading content, I have tried with another account and I get the same error with the version of April 24, 2026 7.0.2.2

Please don’t start new threads for existing problems as, at the very least, you will miss out on a potential beta that will be posted in the original problem thread… with that in mind, I’ve merged this thread with the existing one.

It seems when I try to download something from Disney Plus - the download rate is in the KB instead of MB and it ends up not working- I have looked for answers to this problem, but haven’t found them. Am I missing something.

Wanted to report that Disney+ and Hulu downloads are working for me from the Disney+ module. Just grabbed latest Daredevil and Star Wars: Maul along with several newest episodes of other shows from Hulu. (I have Disney+/Hulu/ESPN w/ Ads plan in the US)

Note: It did log me out after the first episode I downloaded and all of the rest failed until I realized it had done so. Once I logged back in everything. That is in alignment with what @mizu_ger1 said they did.

AnttDvdFab Seems to work for me too- just deleted the entire cache folder, logged in via one-time email code, seems to be… working so far (I’m on 7022)…

maybe it was a CDN update- I’m getting really fast downloads: excess of 130 MB(ytes!)ps

This is happening to me but I connected to a server in Canada (I’m in Australia) with my VPN and now I can download again.

it’s still happening but not as often, but then it does happen, it persists for a bit…

the culprit seems to be a HTTP/400 when trying to retrieve the m3u8 manifest
