Yes, trusted members get the option to delete, but it hides them. They stay in limbo as hidden posts.
After looking at it myself, somehow something got split off from that topic and, in fact, even included my response.
Another example with user avatars. We are also not the ones behind people missing or losing their avatars.
That avatar looks more like a system-wide issue, and only admins can address such issues.
Even past uploads of screenshots are ‘disappearing.’
Also, if it was up to me, there would be a separate category for the browser extensions in hopes of them getting some kind of better feedback/support or tips and tricks, etc., because the Amazon one barely works either. Too many users think they get FULL use of the browser extensions with an all-in-one SF package with NPG. And they do not.
But with even an all-in-one SF package + NPG, a user only gets 3 trial downloads. You either buy each separate extension or spring for the added $199/y FAB365 subscription, which even then users get the shaft now with the entire software line, all are adding AI cloud use at 1,000 credits per $25, and that’s only if you buy the monthly subscription for that.
(BTW: the only way to buy this option is a one-time yearly fee of $300.)
Or you can pay one time for $60 for 1,000 cloud credits, and no subscription is needed.
As for support, as of now, only Yuki_RecordFab can offer support.
I do hope they fix your issue with the Netflix extension, and tell them about the Amazon one as well.
Although it most likely works fine for you.
Oh, and yes, I did lock it so users can post like you did here, again, in hopes of better exposure. better communication and support.exposure.
