There seems issues with this feature.

I don’t use the feature, never had a use for it, I only tested it once and my results are in the post linked.
To me it should be easy to work, download and pause, download and pause as user sets.
But it did not work like that for me it got a pause in or 2 and thin I got same, they just site in download queue stuck at waiting, Some user where like don’t move the mouse or something but that should have no influence.
But you could set it up befire going to bed then you know the mouse is not moving nor should there be any user interaction causing then to all the sudden stop and then get stuck into waiting to download.
Maybe one day it can be figured out but I guess I am just a novice programmer and if I set pauses no interztion on computer should stop thge resuming after a pause. Some say it’s the combo of providers but to me I used one or maybe two providers which shoukd not have caused the waiting to disnload issue. I think one user did even just try one provider and maybe it’s the amount you set thr pause to. So read yhe post see what might work.
