Audio Description downloading from NOWTV

When downloading from NOWTV some of the episode download the AD. When watch in the browser there is no AD but when downloaded the playback is with the AD. how can that be removed.

Has anyone had issues with not being able to switch off Audio Description on the film running man when playing on Kodi?

Might want to repot it to SF feedback.

Or wait till someone who has access to NOW might figure a solution.

I am not sure a log will help but someone could try posting a log, but it might be something either with NOW or how SF interacts with NOW.
If SF is only downloading the AD audio changing settings in Kodi or any other player won’t help if none AD audio is not available in downloaded file.

Sometime back I had the issue on Amazon and just had to wait till SF fixed it. Thankfully it was only while downloading certain shows.

NowTV is only downloading descriptive audio, no choice for normal audio

Peter Crook I don’t have any NOWTV account, so I can’t test or check this myself. But you can try to do as I did with Discovery+ here.

Use the search box and search for an episode name to check if that helps to get correct URL that offer download without AD.
