There are currently some issues with the Prime Video, SkyShowtime, and Paramount+ modules, and they’re all related because they’re caused by the same error during analysis. I’m not sure if any other modules are affected. Let’s hope @Wilson.Wang fixes it soon, all we can do is wait.

I just downloaded two movies from Prime. US, no VPN, clean install, Google DNS; 7033.
Was able to download 7 series eps Thurs. night also.
May be CDN related, variable by locale.

simchris I’ve tried this before with two Amazon accounts, one works and the other doesn’t, but both have always worked before. Maybe it’s what you mentioned about the account’s region. What’s clear is that it’s a StreamFab issue.

If you consider you have provided all information, then polluting other threads with irrelevant noise is… irrelevant.

This thread is on some non-descript Amazon downloading problem. If you have a problem downloading from Amazon (or anywhere else, for that matter), provide a proper description in a separate thread.

Since there was no response for 11 hours to clarify the issue that OP was having, the problem must’ve been not that important, and since people have started polluting this thread: thread closed.
