When you say it’s taking a long time, does the analysis eventually complete though?
If not, since you’ve already cleared the cache and temp files, maybe try the full usual routine: log out of NF, clear the history and cookies as well, restart SF, then log back in and try again.
Have you also tried simchris’s and Ox’s suggestions above?
One other thing that has apparently helped a few people in the past is switching to another Netflix profile and trying the analysis there. I haven’t used profile switching for this particular purpose, as I don’t have any issues with analyzing. Maybe others can chime in?
