Amazon downloads not possible

StremaFab 7.0.4.0 was released today, but I still cannot download ANY Amazon Video, as the analysis fails with an error-message (“are you sure you have access to the video?”). Yes, I’m logged in at Amazon correctly…
Netflix works, Amazon does not work, tried with different movies, old and new…
Anyone else who has the same problem?
Windows 11, StreamFab 7.0.4.0 installed today
the changelog of SF 7.0.4.0 reads: “Fix: Fixed the issue where some Amazon videos fail to analyze.”
Does not seem to be the case?
This issue with Amazon appeared to me 3 days ago, the first time, if I remember it correctly, worked perfectly without any issues before… 😞

darth_ep1 can you actually watch prime in a regular browser (as in, are you sure Amazon haven’t blocked your prime account)?

check your amazon account and see if it is not suppended or closed.

I’ve downloaded a serie and two movies from amazon.de
using SF 7040 and no issue.

Please name an affected title and country ..
(if I remember correct it’s Germany)
.. if it’s included in Prime, I could give it a try ..

Using still “Parallels VM” ?

Ideally attach your StreamFab.log ..
.. but it’s perhaps useless if you can’t play in SF (see above)

All the videos play correctly in my firefox browser.
Location: Austria
using Windows 11 als a VM in an QTS NAS (Virtualization Station), no Paralles VM anymore (was not happy with that).
Currently, now, my SF 7.0.4.0 is succesfully downloading Movies from Netflix…

It would be advantageous -and make the log easier to read-
if Amazon and Netflix weren’t open at the same time ..

I think your Amazon region setting “Auto” is causing issues ..
… you’re switching between amazon.de and primevideo.com.

Where is your account? amazon.de or primevideo.com ?
If it’s the latter, you should set the Amazon region to PrimeVideo

So there are still various NF tasks running.

restarted StreamFab, tried to open “Amazon” in the “Home”-Tab -> StreamFab seems to be frozen, no Amazon Window appears (screen stays blank), but a “Öffnen einer Video URL” Message …. I’m stuck.

That sounds more like a connection problem ..
.. have you tried renaming the SF cache in:
%AppData%\DVDFab\StreamFab\rootCachePath
and then tried logging in to amazon.de ?

Is your Firefox running inside your VM as well?

btw: You wouldn’t happen to have a “real” Win (not a VM) for testing ?

My firefox is running on a macOS machine.

No, I do not have a “real” Win Machine available, that would mean buying hardware only for streamFab purposes.

I was running fine with the VM since 2+ years, but now I seem to be stuck somehow… ….can’t figure out why.

The connectivity of the Win-VM seems to be okay, as browsing the net using Microsoft Edge on the VM works as expected….
