I have exactly the same problem as darth_ep1.
I’m also accessing amazon.de from Austria. Until recently it worked like a charm and I haven’t changed anything in the meantime.
I can stream the videos fine within StreamFAB, but the downlaod doesn’t work.

But the url is not amazon.de - did you use primevideo.com before as well?
I’m familiar with that from CH, but I always thought AT used amazon.de

With VPN server in Vienna it works for me also from primevideo.com

I’m pretty sure that Germania is right. In Austria, you shuold use “amazon.de”. Appearantly, SF seems to choose “primevideo.com” when the settings for region is set to “automatic”, even when you started from amazon.de

I assume this causes the “analyse failed - no access” issue…

Unfortunately, I cannot test this, because my Win11 StreamFab Machine is stuck. Windows still runs fine without any issues, but my StreamFab only shows blank white windows anymore, so that I cannot access ANY content anymore.

BTW: Thanks to all of you, trying to help me out.

It seems that I have to remove StreamFab and do a new install with the full installer (option 1) or I will have to set up a new Win11 VM from scratch (option 2).

I ran into this same issue with Paramount+ titles through Amazon. I had to play one of the titles in the SF browser first then the error went away. It only seemed to affect P+ (subscription tied to my Amazon account). Prime titles were not affected.

I had the white screen issue before. It was a Lib_C issue. It eventually resolved on its own.

It actually gave a privacy notice that I had to accept. Then afterwards everything worked.

I now took an “option 3” and returned to a perviously created snapshot of my Win11 VM.
This resolved the issue of the “screen stays white”-problem.
I have no idea what went wrong and why SF went nuts. I wanted to find out - thanks for your help to all of you, especially Germania - but this will stay unsolved, as far as I can see. I assume there is a relation to my setup, using a VM instead of real hardware..

However, returning to a snapshot did the job, just losing a few “download new episode automatically”-jobs, but I can live with that…

From my point of view, this thread can be closed.

Seems Paramount on Amazon is the culprit. I have several subscriptions on Amazon; HBO Max, Apple, Peacock, MGM and Paramount. I tested and I can download from all of them except Paramount.

mustangdmg you need to play something on Para+ in a regular browser and agree to the snooping…

I think this can be solved by selection the correct region in SF-settings, instead of “automatic”….
