Did anyone buy this and get the unpaid version?

Instructions on authorizing DVDFab 13 on your computer:

Download the latest DVDFab 13 from https://www.dvdfab.cn/download.htm
Start up DVDFab 13 upon installing it on your computer;
Click the “Authorize” button on the pop-up window asking you to “Buy Now”,“Authorize” or “Try”;
Enter your DVDFab Account information;
Click “Authorize” button.

I did this after logging in and putting in my details and got the unpaid trial and a request for $207 dollars
How do I get what I paid for?

I bought the blu ray program to burn MP4s to disc but the email after payment sent me here~: [

The Blu ray program isnt on that page. The email instructed me to download DVDFAB13 and it did not work.
I logged a ticket and 2 days later I still don’t have what I bought?

Yeah just to get the blu ray program to burn MP4s you need to download the whole package dvdfab13.

When you purchased it you had to have an email address.
Got https://www.dvdfab.cn/login.htm type in the email and password.
Check there to see if it shows the one program was purchased.

Then open dvdfab13 and authorize it with same email and password and it should change out of trial for what program you purchased to activated or lifetime.

If issues continue, in the member center is a why to create support ticket.

Depending on demand if can be 24 to 72 hours for a reply.
