Amazon Music can no longer be analyzed.

Hello,

Since yesterday (Amazon rolled out a layout update), analysis is no longer possible, and naturally, downloads aren’t working either.

The “Analyze” button is visible, but it can no longer be used.

I’ve already cleared the cache, etc.

Unfortunately, support hasn’t responded yet. Is anyone else experiencing similar issues? (Amazon Music Germany)

I have exactly the same problem. Tried doing an uninstall and clean reinstall but still the same problem.

Same here. It seems the update has even wrecked the whole program for me. It starts to play a track and it would stop in just a second even though it still shows the music as playing, there would be no sound. The analyze button still does not function. I am yet to recieve a response to my complaint from Musicfab. It is very frustrating.

Did you try using desktop app separately to ‘bless’ your IP with prime?

I have been using Music Fab without any issues for several months now. There have been no changes whatsoever to my software environment.
I can play music tracks via the Music Fab browser without a problem, and the green “Analyze” button is visible; it simply cannot be clicked. Since I use Music Fab daily, I can also state with certainty that changes were made to the template here in Germany during the night of August 3rd to 4th.

I don’t use the app, and I never have. However, I don’t see any connection there, since all the Amazon functions are working fine.

It might be interesting to hear from a German user whether the problem exists there as well.

I have now carried out all the recommended steps, but without success. The analysis button is non-functional. As I mentioned, the template here in Germany has been changed.

A completely new user menu design.
The overall layout features a mobile-friendly design; while it doesn’t differ significantly from the old one, it is definitely new.

By the way: I am NOT using a VPN; I don’t need to send a log file since there is no error message. It is simply the analysis (both manual and automatic) that is no longer working.

That’s true. Same here in the UK. The green analyze button shows but when clicked there is no response. Musicfab please fix!

Still working okay in the U.S.
Had one title fail on download last night. Cleared queue. Next albums downloaded okay.

Did you try the old trick of pasting URL for album into the MF browser?

If I paste an album URL directly now, I get an error message (just like with StreamFab) telling me to update Chrome because it is too old.

Still working for me, aside from two albums from different artists, failed with internet connection issue or some other wonky error. e.g., Creed ’Summer of ‘99 ’ failed, but all other Creed albums came down okay. Yesterday, a DIDO double album failed (Life For Rent/No Angel), still fails today. IN past this was precursor to all failing, or clearing up in two days due to a CDN issue. Annoying.

The green button still works to populate the download queue. However, the download fails during the “analyzing” step.

This usually means a new encryption scheme, and these can take a couple of weeks to get right again.

Welll – I am now getting the chrome out of date error for anything in Prtime Music as well.
