I never had the “Green Analyze Button” failure, but have had the download/analyze failure this past week. On a test today, the app was able to download the track I sekected. However, it was spotty leading up to the prior failure so will continue checking.

I stopped getting the Chrome update message; able to analyze, add to queue. But then get the error accessing music info, so all downloads fail. I have separate post with log and screen shot of error I’m getting in the US, no VPN, UHD account, Google DNS.

With the new version today, downloaded from the alt location, was able to download two albums from PRIME here in the US. Did not show the bitrates when anaylyzing but Mediainfo shows they did come down as FLAC 24/48 as expected.

Ich kann meinen MusicFab Player 1.0.7.3 starten, aber ich kann keine Musik herunterladen. Es kommt immer die Tabelle mit den ausgewählten Musiktiteln, aber ich habe keinen Button für Download und die Analyse startet nicht, kann auch nicht durch draufklicken auf den Analysebutton starten.

Same here. It seems the update has even wrecked the whole program for me. It starts to play a track and it would stop in just a second even though it still shows the music as playing, there would be no sound. The analyze button still does not function. I am yet to recieve a response to my complaint from Musicfab. It is very frustrating.

I get no sound also. It tries to play a song and you hear something for a split second in the player at the bottom, but total silence after that within the app when playing back a track. This is in both Amazon and Spotify. By the way, Spotify actually analyzes and downloads ok now with this update. Just Amazon won’t analyze and download.

Alt download version working properly here on Win 11 Pro, no VPN, USA, UHD account, Google DNS. Clean install; install as admin. Log out/login to Prime account to ensure number of device limit not exceeded.

Done all steps…installed as admin, clean install, log out/log in…and so on. Result…No sound, no download.
