    BookFab Kindle Converter

It does not convert anything. It stops at analyzing book which never ends.

I followed these instructions: BookFab Kindle Converter: Kindle-Bücher in EPUB umwandeln but nothing happens.

    What's wrong?

Please restart BookFab, run it as an administrator, go to the Content Library > Books list> view the book's details, and then click the Download button to try it again.
If the problem persists, please submit BookFab's log file to us for investigation.

amazon.com.au is not supported; we will consider adding support for this one.

I'm dissapointed that .au is not supported. Would have been nice to be told before I paid for it......... Can I ask for a refund if .au is not going to be suported.

The same here. Authorization is ok, but download fails.

Does anyone have the BookFab Kindle Converter v1.2.0.1 working for them? v1.2.0.0 worked for me; however, downloads always fail on the newer release. I filed a support ticket on 30-May, but no response so far.

                      Finally, it does really work.

                      BookFab Version 1.2.0.2
                      Kindle Desktop Version: 2.4.0 (70904)

I can now download and convert my Kindle books. Great!
Many thanks to the DVDBookFab Team.

Yes, the manual process of downloading the book using the Kindle app and then selecting and importing the local file in BookFab for conversion does work; however, the "eBook Platform Access" for AmazonKindle in BookFab is still not working. If you mouse over the option in BookFab, it pops up a message "Amazon kindle service is temporarily unavailable. We're working on a fix."

The manual process did allow me to download and successfully convert my "Complete Wheel of Time" (14,276 pages) which did not convert using version 1.2.0.0 or 1.2.0.1.

I agree with that and it should be fixed for sure, but nevertheless i'm happy to have back a possibility to convert my kindle books to epub, after Amazon closed the download through USB.

I'll create a new post for this issue. Apologies!
