Process Failed

Everytime i try the DRM removal process i get 'process failed'
I am using the windows explorer method as my itunes librabry is not stored on the standard C:

im not using itunes add method

Even if i drag the file into the folder or use the windows folder option to add the file, i still get process failed. This is not the same error as you are getting by trying to get it to sync with your library.

Try re downloading the same version this helped someone else.

Try open your iTunes,and authorize your computer.
Then use the windows folder option to add the file ,convert it.

Process Failed

I was having this problem until I stopped the dvdfab programme and itunes going online. Once stopped, I now have only 3 files that cannot be converted.
