General Questions Lockup When Trying To Convert Multiple File

Hi,

Just purchased the software this afternoon and started using it. It works great if I ask it to work on a single file. However, if I add multiple files to the list it only works on the first file and then the program locks up and goes into a Windows not responding state.

I tested this with 2 files from the same disk and 2 movies both worked fine with the current version of Fab.Make sure your using the latest Fab version and your graphics card is up to date with firmware.If this still happens after updating post the internal log file for the disks your trying this with.The last attempt will be the last file in the internal log file cut and paste it into a post here we don't need all the files in the log.

I'm running the latest version (10032).

I'm converting TV show files from iTunes.

I believe this is the last log in the internal log file...

I met also, it was hang when the first file finish, the second file is wait in queue and does not begin to convert sometimes. but when I try it again ,it works fine.
I will try to repeoduce it, and the developer can fix it.

I posted the same issue.

Normally it would process three files before it would hang.

Then when I would run the files individually, it worked better. But after about 5 individual conversions, when I clicked on Add From iTunes, the DRMRemoval.exe would go into a spinning non-stop circle. It would never bring up the dialogue box to select the files.

So after about 3 conversions, I would close the app, and restart it.

tv episodes. I tried to convert an entire series, and it locked up.

I ended up being able to convert 3 files individually, and then I have to shut drmremoval.exe down, and restart it to continue with the next 3 files.
