DRM Removal for Movies Playback of de-DRM'd file

I just downloaded a TV show from iTunes. Land_Of_The_Giants_S01E01_The_Crash

I was able to get the trial version to convert the file without any error messages.

When I attempted to play back the de-DRM'd file, the Windows Movies & TV app states:

    'Can't play.

Please try again. If the problem continues, visit www.box.com/support to check for guidance.

What am I missing to get the file to do a playback?

1.Give me a link that you buy the movie.
    2. Check if the box support play the m4v format.

Sorry, it should have said xbox.com.

I can't play the video file before the conversion due to the file having the drm.

It does play in VLC, and I have used DVDFab to convert it to MKV file.

        Playback of de-DRM'd file

Going to sound dumb but this works on my Windows 10 Laptop and also plays on my Topfield - just change .m4v to .mp4 and all your programs will play them.

          I had a similar problem.

When I tried to use video file in handbrake, it displayed an error message stating that the file still had drm in it. Converting the file in DVDFab got rid of the problem.

I tried to only convert the audio track in Xmedia Recode, it got rid of the error as well.

Therefore the issue seems to be solely in the audio track.
