DRM Removal not working for any movie

Hello,
I tried to remove the DRM for some movies I bought through the iTunes store. None of them get processed at all. After one minute I just got the error message "failed" and nothing more. For music videos DRM removal worked fine. I use iTunes 12.7.1.44 and DVDFab 10.0.6.8

Hello,

1. Please use iTunes to playback the problematic video sources and see if they can be played well.
2. If the videos play well, please try "Add from Windows" option to load them for conversion again.
3. If still have problem, please post the latest drm_internal.log file and dvdfab_internal.log file.
