    Hi, the developer checked your log to find that 'm4v_begin_convert_failed!". Please play the original file to see if it can be played correctly.

    Also, when you convert, is there any popup window like itunes windows which is not closed? Or, your anti-virus software or firewall may prevent. Please exit or disable them temporarily.

    Please make sure you authorize your itunes on the computer all the time. If your itunes is not authorized during conversion, the process will fail.
