Over nine months and "The Developers are still working on it"? Why is the company still selling a product that they truly are unable to support?

Was tested on multiple VMs/Different OSes/Clean Installs/etc...
If can provide a system set up where it's still working, we all happy to try ourselves...

Currently, I have to agree with Samilicious company is continues selling a product that is completely useless.
