General Questions DRM tool not opening

I tried to open the Apple DRM removal tool from the utilities section but nothing happens which I click the icon. I have the DVDFAB 365 license and separately a license for the DRM tool. Does anyone have a suggestion on what I need to do? I have the latest version of DVDFab installed.

Which DVDFab version are you using? Please update to the latest v11.0.9.2, be sure that no antivirus software blocks DVDFab's accessing to internet, try again and see the result.
