DVDFAB Meta Uploader Not Detecting Forum Name

DVDFab Metadata Uploader is stuck on "We noticed your registered email and forum email are the same. Detecting forum handle." It then fails and asks for a retry. I have checked firewall, etc and there doesn't seem to be any reason on my side for it to fail. Can you take a look please?
