3. Yet, the server is not accessible ....

request: Dvdfab app should instantly and automatically search for the MS as soon as the MS is turned on, regardless of theres a DVD to be copy!

Feature Request

Would love to have this available as a movie server across my home network so I can access it from another device, like an Xbox One, attached to another TV.

Yes indeed. Limiting the "movie" features to the local hard drive would seem to limit the application of this otherwise really nice player.

I currently have four media players accessing content from a 48TB NAS unit.

I cannot fit all of my movies on a single internal drive and, even if I could, I certainly don't want to have to duplicate all of the files for every media player.

Yes the DVDFab device can play content from a network source but you don't get the same experience or user interface as you do with playing from the internal drive.

For me this is the biggest shortcoming of the current device and will prevent me from replacing my current players with it.

Hopefully they can update the firmware to have network content treated exactly the same as local content.

First time I didn't see that message because I had the overscan issue with my tv.
Now I don't get to see that message because by the time the f...ng HDMI handshake is finished the message is long gone.

There is already a series on YT made by the staff, but there is also much junk that comes up if you search for DVDFab, some of the suggestions could corrupt your Fab installation or get your license blacklisted ; it's hard to tell the good from the bad, easier and safer to get the information here or on the DVDFab website.

Would love to use the number pad to jump to that % of the file being played when playing x264/x265 files. Right now it seems to do nothing. Would also be nice if the left/right directional arrows could be set to jump something like 30 seconds forward/back or perhaps a user set option...

These days everyone has a video demonstration on how their products work, so perhaps a video demonstration can be produced on how to set the server up from using an external HDD to setting up it via DVDFAB 10 in one's pc, etc etc!

multi channel audio support

Created a copy of the Bruce Springsteen Live in Berlin blu ray.

It does contain a 5.1 lpcm soundtrack next to the dolby digital and stereo tracks.

However only the front and left channel are played when the multichannel lpcm track is selected.
