Installation Unable to Install - Remote Not Working?

Received my media server today. Plugged it all in. Added batteries to the remote control. Powered up and go the screen to select the language. However, no amount of pressing keys on the remote did anything on the menu. So, I am basically stuck. Any other to move forward (without buying a Bluetooth keyboard or such)?

Do a reset, hole on the back.
How to post the internal log

Unfortunately first thing I did. No difference.

I beleive so. The whole remote lights up so the batteries must be good. It may be that the media server is not responding and the resmote might be fine. Difficult to tell at the moment.

It's not covered in the manual (like so many other things) exactly how to use the reset button.

I tried just pushing it to no avail.

The only thing that worked for me was to power the Movie Server down and then power it up while simultaneously pressing the reset button for 10 seconds.

Not sure if that's overkill, but it's what worked for me.

Removed the film right at start.

Followed the reset suggested. All to no avail. Still stuck.

Sent an enquiry to DVDFab. See if that yields anything

The film is all still on on mine and it works fine through it

Problem solved for now. Pressing the power button a few times repetitively and the box burst into life.

Update the latest sdk when you get a update window.
If it is still has issue on new sdk, give us a feedback.
