Hardware Problem/Question How to use "Learning Section" function on the remote?

I note there are "Learning Section" buttons on the remote,
Can I use those buttons to switch my TV or amplifier?
How I to setup Leaning function on the remote?

i believe what that learning section buttons are for
so that you can program your TV / blue ray player ect to use just one remote.
does the MS have a instruction booklet on how to use those buttons ??

i think that's the same.

I prefer the Bluetooth remote control. (nexus player)
