General/Other Best browser for ms manager

OK so MS Manager is a vidon cloud app. I have made some tests with the source prog and found out that i can create and/or rename libraries (which for the time is not working in MS Manager.
I also saw that i have a trashbin in the app which doesn't show in ms manager.
I also saw that the edit and refresh/scan button doesn't always display in ms manager with latest firefox....with internet explorer they show.

few questions :
- any chance to manage MS metadata db's with the vidon server pc app?
- what would be the recommended browser ? the one you use during testing...so i'm sure i don't miss things which in fact are there but i don't see

The local server's web management interface was developed many years ago and has been deprecated in the new cloud-managed version.
