Earlier today I updated to the latest version 1.0.1.2 but couldn't get my movie server to manually activate. I had DVDFab 10 registered to a different email address than the movie server which I then changed to the same email account as the movie server and then was able to activate through DVDFab 10. I had to go out for a while so I shut everything down. When I returned home I started the movie server up again and tried to reactivate the unit but found I couldn't. Checking my members page I now see that my movie server is no longer listed as one of my products. Please tell me how to get it listed again so that I can activate it again. For a short while I thought everything was fine but now my movie server is once again a brick.
