Unable to skip things like piracy warnings, previews, etc

Hi,

I have installed the latest firmware.

Generally the player is working well.

The problem I am having is I cannot find a way to skip over things like piracy warnings, previews, etc.

I have a number of Dune Smart players and there is a button on the remote (skip) that skips over these things just fine.

Any ideas?
