With all the bad stuff people are writing (including my own) I do want to say what I believe is working better.
The ability to at least delete multiple movies that the server would not recognize is a plus.
Unfortunately, I have issues with Stealth. I converted to ISO from a factory original disc with settings to DVD9. Cannot watch the movie. It pixelllates and continually hesitates making it unwatchable. I finally deleted it.
When I move movies over (using DVDFAB 10), they are not dropping into movies but into videos. Then I have to "match" them. When I do, the old Blood Sweat and Tears song, SPINNING WHEELS comes to mine. Again, that is all I get.
My browser on my computer will display some movies correctly, with poster, but the DMS does not. I have a movie with its poster on the browser. On the server, it is in the video place, no poster, and the title is incorrect.
My database was actually fairly accurate, until I did the update. Now I search for shows that had previously been correctly identified and displayed.
Oh, the MANAGER link in DVDFAB still links to the older IP and port setting instead of the new server page to edit.
Also, after I finished updating my server, it said I could update movies through the server, not able to figure out how to do that.
