I got a second server for another room. I try to copy files to it, then it locks up. It locks up so tight the remote does not work and the clock display does not update. Only choice is to turn off the switch in the back. Turned it back on, within 30 minutes locked up again. Only seems to be happening right now when I try to send movies to it. When watching, it has not locked up, yet.

try pressing the factory reset button on the back of the unit. -
I have, but guess what, it doesn't stop it from locking up again!
I know how to turn the thing off, I want to know how to stop it from locking up.
I cannot put shows on it if it stops responding.
Also, while I appreciate your response, if you had read my original post, it does state "only choice is to turn off the switch on the back."Comment

Yes, it has the latest firmware, actually the Beta version installed Friday evening. Have not experienced it lately, I was moving shows to it. Hoping it is corrected.Comment
