    Hardware Problem/Question EjectHDD

    The door on my movie server will not open to eject the hdd.
    How can I get it repaired. It still has a 8th hdd in it.The latch that disengages the door feels like its is not attached to anything. I tried to pry it open gently.with negative results. Any other suggestions?

    hi, the problem is door cannot be opened or the door is opened, but the HDD cannot be ejected ?

        I have no ieda about this, please try to use some tools to help you, maybe just something block the door.
