Version 2020 is a good improvement. All my movies and TV shows installed after library rebuild. However, tried to install a customised thumbnail. Seemed to work ok, in that it was correctly identified (a .jpg) but it would not save (after pressing Save Changes). I suspect an issue with .nfo files, which in this case do not exist.. Any suggestions anybody?

You may be falling for the same gotcha that I did. After you've loaded your custom image, you then also have to select it so there is a tick on your image before you save your changes. In the Movies or TV shows section, your new image should now be displayed.
In the "Home" section of the DMS web browser, changing an image works, but does not auto-refresh the display. Pressing F5, or flipping to another section and back again will refresh the display and then shows your change. -
