Audio Playback Sonos Arc no audio

Ok this probably a new one. I have the Sonos ARC and it requires eArc to play Atmos uncompressed files. My TV does not support this so I’m using the HD fury Arcana to split the Audio and Visio to the TV. I’m still getting the same issue from the DMS where I get no sound in the movie at all no matter what audio I select. It plays the menu clicks but nothing in movie no matter what format I pick. Any ideas?

I updated to 2020. Really didn’t want to but thought I would try it and it still don’t work. If I turn off pass through I get audio but only 2 channel. On pass through it shows 2 channel on the arcana and on screen but no audio. Have no issue with Blu-ray player, fire stick or Nintendo switch.
