DMS v2.0.2.1 Hard Drive removed without dismountng

I filled op my hard drive and it was removed from the server before it was dismounted. Now whenI put it back in the unit asks me to format it.
Is there a way to save what was on the drive or did I lose it all?

Anytime I remove and put my hdd back in it says the same thing. Just say no to formatting it.
