"Go Back to Previous Version of DVDFab" should be available to DVDFab users who paid for the product and would like to use it at all times. There should be at least one, if not two previous (stable) versions available for download. DVDFab is currrently broken(cannot rip DVD to AVI with 8.0.5.5) so while we're waiting for a fix/patch why not be able to use that same feature that is not broken in say 8.0.5.0 ? Take care.

I understand you are wanting the Fab web site to support old versions but in the meantime have you looked here.......

Well, I manage this quite effectively by myself by saving and archiving each Fab installer that I download.
Most of us old hands have installers right back to version 3.
They are all numbered sequentially so it is quite an easy task and takes up relatively little disk space."Beer is living proof that God loves us and wants us to be happy." - Benjamin Franklin 1706-1790

Grunon, thanks for the link. I was missing some of my v6 and v7 releases.
LoveDVDFab, out of curiosity, what issues are you having? I have had only limited success converting to avi with any of the v8 releases however 7.0.9.2 works fine for me. In my case I narrowed it down to avi files greater than about 1055MB. If I change to a lower resolution and create an avi smaller than 1055 MB it works fine. If the file is greater than that size the movie just stops around 1055 MB into the file. Here is my thread on my issues

I have been converting DVDs to AVIs as big as 2GB(and larger) without any problems at all.
Cheers.Last edited by LoveDVDFab; 12-15-2010, 02:30 AM.
