I read your sticky on "help us help you" and notice you ask for quite a bit of information. It would be fantastic if you had a troubleshooting feature within DVDFab that would automatically gather as much of that info as possible and place it in a text window so we could copy and paste it into the forum.

There are so many advantages - not the least of which is that there won't be any transcription errors and the information will be in the same format every time!

Much information is contained in the logs when you provide them. However, when people have a problem disc then DVDFab is sometimes unable to actually get the information.
