DVD Ripper Have output filename template as part of profile

Currently, you can specify the output filename pattern in preferences, but I do 2 different encodes in Xvid - one low res for mobile and one hi res for TV. There is no way to differentiate these with the template pattern (title, codec, etc), so I have to manually change it for each job. If you allowed the profile to override the pattern, they can be different but still generic.
