DVD Copy Multi Track For AppleTV

For those that like there movies on iTunes so it can be played in multiple devices it would be nice if it had a 2 track capability. So one could play the movie in 5.1 via the AppleTV and also have a 2.0 track for the portable devices.

    Ozzie,

I've been in email contact with Sunny about this. She was sending all my info to the developers to work on it. Was told they will get to it as soon as they can but there are other features they need to work on first.

+1 to support audiocopy plus a stereo AAC audio track

MP4 container with H.264 video and multi channel AC3 + stereo AAC Audio would be primo.

I agree. I have been using handbrake (freeware) instead to convert videos for apple tv. I would much rather use just one product.

          +1!!!

I, too, am forced to use Handbrake to acheive this. And, of course, Handbrake is like 20x slower to encode than DVDfab.

I also want them to add chapter encoding like Handbrake does.

Since it need converting one stream to multiple targets, this feature will be added in next major update like DVDFab 9.
DVDFab is the all-in-one software package for copying Blu-ray/DVD and converting video file.

What are the timeline for such a release. There's been a number of requests for this feature for quite a few months now. Far higher priority than supporting Windows 8 for example at the moment.

Windows 8 support is easy and was done. DVDFab 9 is a major update and it will be available in 2012.

This will be a fantastic feature, ripping to a single file that plays on ipad and atv with HD and surround sound will be a great bonus!

Not much of 2012 left now

Any update on the timeline for ATV/iPAD multi-audio track support? I have reverted to using other software which is free or costs less. Can not recommend DVDfab to colleagues and friends until v9 or whatever version tha supports an M4V container can be output through this...really hope its soon as I would like to BIG this software up

                        15 months on...

Probably one of the most requested features and 15 months from the start of this thread, nothing seems to have moved us closer. Have I wasted my money?
