DVDFab (UI/General) DVD9 Takes too long to load

When I am not connected to the internet DVDFab 9 takes about 45 seconds inform me that it cannot connect.
It would be good if that time could be reduced.

Agreed. It would be better if it didn't try to connect on every single use!

And it won't start any of my licensed features when I'm offline. That's unacceptable.
