Video Converter Queueing for the Converter

Hello All, I find myself going back to 8 quite a bit. Like most of you, I will take some of my video content create a copy for my Tivo to play and one to my iPad for when I am traveling. I need dual libraries of the same content and like to stack the queue at the same time. I usually do this from an original video file.

Is this possible in 9, or am I correcting in adding this to the features request?
