BD Ripper (3D Plus) MKV recompress at variable bitarate

I can't understand if in Version 9 the variable bitrate recompression is available for bluray ripper. If yes, please let me know how to activate it.
If not, it would be nice to have it: better quality in the same (or less) space.

Just check the "Advanced Settings" at the bottom, Next, click the tab of "VIdeo".
PS: You should load a source file, then the "Advanced settings" button would be active

Yes but less compatability with especially older media players.
